TC is saying Chrome extension is disabled when it's enabled?

I am trying to create a Keyword Test "Generic Windows Application" and navigating around in Chrome. I have enabled the Chrome extension, but TC is saying it's not enabled. Any ideas on how to fix this? I am using TC10 & Chrome 45.

TC10 won't work with Chrome 45.

TC10 used the NPAPI driver to talk to Chrome. Chrome dropped support for this in v45.

You either need to use TC11 or Chome 44 or lower.

It is HIGHLY recommended to turn off all extensions except TC. I see in you screen capture Google Docs Offile is enabled.
