Not able to run test on azure pipeline

There are some test cases which are not running on azure pipeline .These test cases are running on my system in Test complete and are passed but on pipeline ,they did not even run .They just get ignored .What might be the reason ?

    Are you setting the VS Test task in your pipeline to run 'test assemblies' or from a 'test plan' in Azure? 

     

    To run TestComplete tests as part of a test plan, your TestComplete project must be bound to your team project, and your TestComplete test cases must be linked to the team project’s test cases.
