Network Suite Screen Resolution issues

When I run automated tests using Network Suite on a host that has a
username and password I am having problems with the host's screen
resolution.  If I enable the option "Show remote desktop window" the
window shows me a connection with a resolution of 460 X 680 causing my
test objects to be off screen and TestComplete not being able to
interact with them.



How do I change this so that it will run in a higher resolution? 



I do have some hosts that do not require a username and password and
they seem to work just fine, however, I also have a few that are part of
a domain and require the use of a username and password.  I say this as
it seems that TestComplete treats these hosts differently.
