Need to recognize/map objects on a .pdf page

Can
anyone please tell me how to recognize objects like buttons, text box,
labels, borders on pdf page (acrobat reader)?

I heard about MSAA,
please tell me the steps to do it. I would appreciate you won't tell me
to visit the Help page of TestComplete. I have already done it.
