Local variables to project variables

Is there a way to change all local variables to project variables? Where the testcomplete saves project variables. Is there an .ini file?



For example: I have a project of keyword test with local variables and I want to change them to project variables but not by change them one by one in the keyword test.



Can I copy keyword tests from one project to another with the project variables?
