Jira Support of SaaS

I am just setting up TestComplete full version and I need to integrate it with Jira. Does TestComplete support SaaS this was what was asked by my developers.

I understand that TestComplete is fully integrated with Jira. What I am asking is the product itself SaaS or is it just compatible.

Is which product SaaS?  Your question isn't clear, sorry.

    I am just following what my developers are saying and they are asking is the application SaaS. Not is the application SaaS compatible. I have managed to find the Jira server and have enterred it along with my user name and password and now I am getting a 404 error when I am setting up Jira to TestComplete.
