IsvisibleOnScreen property is incorrect with version 7 and vb6 tabstrip

Hi,



I have upgraded to the latest TC 7 version and now all of a sudden my scripts do not work any more.

after investigating I found that the IsVisibleOnscreen property is false while the object is visible on screen.

This was working with the previouse 7 version, please fix this item.
