Installation of TC 10.2 errors out

I'm trying to install TestComplete 10.20 on a Windows Vista machine, but after completing the install wizard, the installer runs for a while, then gives me this:



Feature Transfer Error

Error: -1925 The specified profile entry could not be added.



Any thoughts?

    Hi Rick,

     


    Windows throws this error. On the Internet, I've found that this issue can occur on the computers where UAC is enabled. Try temporary disabling it or running the installation file via the "Run As Administrator" option from the context menu.

    Hi, Tanya.  I tried both of those, but neither worked.  However, it turns out you were pretty close.  Our systems have McAffee's HBSS installed on the systems, and it was detecting the installer as an intrusion and blocking its processes.  Once our admins disabled HBSS, it installed perfectly.
