Is it just TestComplete or other applications? Is the text background white? Why not change your mouse settings?

Only in TestComplete and only in the script editor.
I had to modify the mouse pointer settings by setting it to the color white. Of course, I don't like it. I encountered this issue on two installations on two virtual machines accessed via RDP.

Ensure your colour depth on your RDP is set to "Highest Quality (32 bit)".
I've never come across this issue before.
