I want to switch the Test Complete license from my desktop to a server. How can I accomplish that?

I have installed the TestComplete license on my desktop and developed scripts and executing them.

Now I want to switch the license to a server but  still want to keep TestComplete on my machine and develop the scripts and execute on my desktop.

I have a floating license. Please suggest how I can accomplish this.
