There are some recent Microsoft updates for Excel drivers that "break" TestComplete's built in integration with Excel (DDT.ExcelDriver and KeywordTesting Data driven access to excel) that is fixed in 12.41. If you are using Excel in code in TestComplete, I'd recommend upgrading to 12.41. Lot's of other good features as well.

Why automate? I do automated testing because there's only so much a human being can do and remain healthy. Sleep is a requirement. So, while people sleep, automation that I create does what I've described above in order to make sure that nothing gets past the final defense of the testing group.
