No it does not matter if there are two objects with the same classname - adding it should apply to both.
Did you try adding the classnames in this manner: https://support.smartbear.com/testcomplete/docs/working-with/managing-projects/properties/object-mapping.html
This is different than under MSAA.

OCR is a part of the IQ add on, and it does require internet access through 443
