How to retrieve a data from webpage and store into a variable in Keyword test

Question

I have a web application where I need to get some value from the webpage and store it into a variable. In the later part i have to use the same variable at another desktop application as an input data.

I am only using the Keyword testing way of automating my script.

Can somebody help me with this.

use the set variable value operation and select an object property to store. Reuse later on by parameterizing the (whichever) operation value to refer to that variable later on when you need it.&nbsp;
