How to reduce the time to load a ProjectSuite?

We are in the middle of prototyping our automation project. It has been very slow to load a project Suite. we have only about five projects with each project having no more than 2000 lines of test scripts. we are  worried with the full-blown automation projects that may have hundreds of test cases, the loading Project Suite will be more slower.



  Any suggestion for reduing this project loading time or will coming TC 8 will have some improvement regarding this issue?

    I have removed all of unused project items. It is still too slow to load a project Suite.

    Hi Jennifer,


    Which TestComplete version are you currently using? How long does it take TestComplete to load the project on your machine? The problem may be caused by low performance of the machine. Please see minimum system requirements for a machine. If these requirements are met, please run msinfo32 (Start | Run...), save the information it provides to an *.NFO file (File | Save...) and send it to us. Also, please send us a project with which the problem can be reproduced.
