How to double click hidden text in a browse (desktop application)

Hi  In my scenario, I've to select a hidden text(Unauthorised) from the list and then double click it. How can I achieve it please? I'm trying to write automation script in Python. I tried OCR.Recog...

Just to clarify, is "Unauthorised" an item in the list that is not visible, until you scroll down the list?
