You are going to need to give a lot more info than that if you want any useful replies!
Where is the HTML coming from? Or are you generating it yourself?
What do you mean "to Excel"? Do you want to extract parts of it (the HTML) and write them to Excel? Does it need formatting? Do you just need to dump the whole thing in a single cell? Do you want just the content, or all the tags etc as well?
Assuming you're trying to do this using TestComplete, what scripting language are you using?
How far have you got? What have you tried? What did or didn't work as you expected?
