Getting errors when trying to open a project from Source control

Hi Smartbear comunity,

 

I am experiencing problems when I try to open my automation project from the Source control, these are the errors I am getting:

 

- Access violation at address 06467B63 in module tcCore.dll. Write of address 0000000C

- Not enough storage is available to process this command

 

Operating system:  Windows 7  profesional

TestComplete version 11.11.1064.7

 

Do you know how can I resolve this problem?

    Hi Payala1,

     

    I would suggest that you start with updating your TestComplete version. v. 11.20 is the latest product version. Do you see the same error in this version?
