Distributed Testing RDP

Hello,

I'm trying to create a distributed testing environment. I have a test-machine with TestComplete installed, and a remote machine with TestExecute installed where my app is running.

When I try to verify the environment, TestComplete refuses the RDP connection by saying that RDP is not activated in the remote machine, but it is not true since I can connect by RDP.

What could be wrong with my configuration? I'm following the steps from this link: https://support.smartbear.com/articles/testcomplete/distributed-testing-overview/

Double check your Hosts setting for that computer, and maybe even delete and reenter it.  Perhaps the entry is corrupt and TC is not connecting where you think it is.

I tried to reconfigure and it does not work. I get the next message "Verification failed". I follow the requirements for distributed testing of this link: https://support.smartbear.com/testcomplete/docs/testing-with/advanced/distributed/requirements.html
