Desktop Application Testing
Hi Everyone,
When I try to find objects of a Desktop Application using object spy it doesn't find the objects inside the window. I was able to find some using OCR but wherever the text field appears it doesn't find those.
For Example the Comment box to edit/add comments. This is my first time in testing Desktop Application so please help me in finding such objects.
Also, i did use VisibleOnScreen option but it returns false. Any help is appreciated.

Hi All,
So all i had to do was enable Powerbuilder extension to spy on the objects. The following link helps with that.

Therefore, once you know the technology that your application is built , we need to enable the extensions .
