Chrome - SmartBear Test Extension - Not able to enable

We are not able to enable the Chrome SmartBear Test Extension . We have chrome version 87. and TestExecute Version 14.73. 

We cannot slide . Here is the attached screnshot.

It means that it was either not installed, or it was removed from the browser. Install the extension manually Launch the browser (Chrome or Chromium-based Edge). If you use Edge, click Settings Extensions and select the Allow extensions from other stores check box.

I looked at the Smartbear documentation

I clicked on the above link and it was showing that test extension is disabled and enable from there I was able to enable.

Not sure why it is happening on this chrome browser installed on the VM server. Please keep in mind these things can change in future with the upgrade of Chrome browser, upgrade of TestExecute .
