It's going to be a property checkpoint where you're going to check the value of the field (property name TBD). You'll need to write some sort of code, then, to retrieve the values from the spreadsheet and pass that in to the "Value" field in the property checkpoint.
You might be able to do it using a Data Driven Loop depending upon how your code is structured. Or, you might need to connect with Excel via COM. It's not always obvious going through the wizard, but one you have a checkpoint set up, you can go back in to edit it and there will be one of those little ... buttons and that will let you change the comparison to Code Snippet. You can add what tristaanogre is talking about in there.
