Certification 101

Hi!I want to obtain the certification 101. I fail the first test,how i can do it again? I forget the user and pass for log in, and i don't how i can obtain.

Thank you, but i forget the user name, and i don't know how i can take the new test.

We will resend user names and log in names via email to all email addresses that are registered for the free training 101 class today.  You will get an email with log in instructions so no worries if you do not remember your user name!
