Cannot Open .net application

Cannot Open .net application

Since the update of TestComplete form 14.3 to 14.9 i am getting following .net error when TestComplete tries to run application from TestedApps which i were not getting previously, However, if i run TestComplete as an administrator it works fine. How can we make testComplete to open apps without running as an administrator?(Problem is in .Net based application only)
