Any pointers for testing in different OS?
I do a lot of bitmap compares, there's no way around it for a lot of my testing. But a compare that work is XP might not work in Windows 7. For example, I have a picture, the comparison works in XP, but in Vista, TestComplete shows the entire picture area differing, although I can't see the difference.
One possibility is to have a different region saves for each comparison based on the OS. This would work, but would be a lot of work and be impractical. Perhaps a theme could be used on each environment that would make them seem as similar as possible?

Hi Robert,
Try using the advice from the "Capturing Images Under Windows Vista and Later Operating Systems" help topic.
Best regards,
Alexey
