Update to new license

Question

Hello,&nbsp;I want to update the license for my swaggerhub on-premis but after i've uploaded the new license i received this message:Licensing error.Unable to activate the new license. Your new license allows for 75 seats, but you currently have 89 seats in use. Please revoke access to 14 users before attempting to apply the new license again.If the issue persists please contact SmartBear support.&nbsp;How can i&nbsp; remove 14 users?&nbsp; because on the users i am not able to see any user :(.&nbsp;Many thanks in advance,Liviu BCR

bliviu82&nbsp;the best thing to do would be to get in contact with your SmartBear Account Manager to look in to this with you.
