Save a row without compulsory fields

Hello, 
I would like to update some values of a row. The issue I found is some of the rows have compulsory fields that are empty. I imagine the column was set to compulsory after ... 
Rowshare does not let me update a different values as those other fields are compulsory. Is there a work around ? Thanks
