Open Api Links
I have a requirement to implement open api links in Web API core. Is it possible to implement the Links in web api core ?

what do you mean by links?
Do you mean making openapi documentation available via your API? .Net Core has libraries that allow Swagger UI documentation to be generated. Look at the likes of Swashbuckle.
Because you posted in SwaggerHub forum, would be great for some more info from you to see if its on the right lines
