Install SwaggerHub 2.x on RedHat Enterprise 7

I attempted to install SwaggerHub 2.x on RHEL 7. The process of installation went well. I did not see errors in the output of installation. But, I did not see port 8800 was listened after installation.  Did anyone experience the issue? I opened a ticket with Smartbear support. But so far I have not heard anything from Smartbear support. If you have any ideas, please share with me. I appreciate it.
