Of course! We offer a public API that allows you to perform most major operations that you can with the UI itself.
The spec itself can be found at https://swaggerhub.com/api/swagger-hub/registry-api/1.0.14 or directly at https://api.swaggerhub.com/swagger.json. The API calls include creating new specs and updating existing ones.
Note that you'd need an API key to run the API calls, which you can find in your own user profile.
