Azure AD B2C implementation on .Net framework based api app

Hi Team 

We are upgrading our api app from Azure AD B2B to B2C and we are facing some technical challenges in getting the token back to authorize an API user. Our test team is very much dependent on Swagger UI for API testing and since we started working on B2C our auth process in our application is broken and we are not getting the token back from Azure AD B2C app ..What should we change in the code to have it working. here is the code we have in our app in swagger config.
