soapui not creating external log4j log file

Hi All,

Am calling an external java class (jar added under bin/ext)  from soapui test step that uses its own log4j logger with log4j.properties file and logs to a file.

When i run the java class as standalone, the log file gets created and am able to see the logs written to it.

When called from soapui,the log file is not getting created and am not able to see any logs.

Need help on this as am not sure what is wrong.
