null/empty response

I am working with one WSDL

I keep getting null/emtpy response from my soapui Pro from all the request. My boss have the same problem in his soapui Pro

But it works on his soapui free edition.

I tried to uninstall both and reinstall the pro but still have the problem. Any clue why this happening?
