How can Install Soap UI on headless linux incorporate hermes

As we speak I am using Ready API on my GIT server(UNIX). But for a other project they want to install the open source version on a Other runner.  I have to Figure out the installation on a headless server. The tar.gz should be extracted similar to ReadyAPI (the pro version). Where can I find this? and how can a install it headless and incorporete the hermes installation?
