Certificates related question
Hi All,
I have the following situation:
- one web service configured to use certificate for authentication
- the certificates used in this scenario are issued by a self signed root CA(so a non-commercial CA)
- when I access the webservice via a browser there is no issue with the certificate and so on.
- when I try to use SOAPUI and is passing the certificate issued by the CA, the IIS is blocking the request saying 403.16-Forbidden(Your client certificate is either not trusted or is invalid)
Now my question is why the browser doesn't complain and I get an answer and when I use SOAPUI I get this Forbidden message.
Any idea?
