AMF Request from SOAP UI

How do you invoke an AMF service on a remote box?Do we need to have the services locally ?What other info is needed other than end point url/AMF Call?

ANy help is appreciated.I am at a complete loss in figuring this out.

    I am getting HTTPResponseCode:500 on placing AMF request from SOAPUI 3.6.

    ERROR:ClientStatusException
    message: java.io.IOException: Server returned HTTP response code: 500 for URL:

    If anybody has encountered this issue please suggest a solution
