SoapUI OpenSource MECM Deployment

We are attempting to manage deployment (both install and uninstall) of SoapUI OpenSource via Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) but are running into issues uninstalling a previous version if no user is logged into the PC.

We are attempting to uninstall the previous version with the following command:

"C:\Program Files\SmartBear\SoapUI-<version>\uninstall.exe" -q

Uninstallation works fine if there is an active desktop user session logged into the computer however if no logged in user is present the uninstall fails with: "The JVM could not be started. The maximum heap size (-Xmx) might be too large or an antivirus or firewall tool could block the execution."

Installation work fine regardless of logged in user state.

MECM performs the (un)installs using the SYSTEM account.

Any ideas?
