I'm having the "Nothing to import" error with attached file.
Tried to modify it a bit, and control with online wsdl analyzer, doesn't work.
Maybe i need an older version of Soap UI ? Mine is 5.6.0

I had a look in your attached .wsdl and virtually all the content is made up of the embedded schema, theres very little .wsdl content.
I suspect one of the wsdl functions soapui is expecting if importing a wsdl isnt present - I had a quick look and you dont have any bindings in there - perhaps soapui needs the bindings before it recognises the file as a .wsdl?
