Missing MetaData/Digital Signature on SoapUI-5.6.1.exe

I notice there is no metadata or digital signature or metadata on the SoapUI-5.6.1.exe file (not the package installer).

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Programs\SmartBear\SoapUI-5.6.1\bin\SoapUI-5.6.1.exe

Is this a bug?
