Is certification syllabus and test questions are same for developers and QA people

I would like to take SOAP UI - Open source certification, 

I would like to know the syllabus and questions will be the same for QA and developers.

And also,Please share if you have any documents for the certification preparation for SOAP UI open source.

Syllabus is available in SOAP UI site itself and i took the SOAPUI and SOAPUI pro course through smartbear itself
