Convert binary response to ASCII string

Question

I use&nbsp;SoapUI&nbsp;to send a request to webservice and get response. How could I convert this binary response to&nbsp;ASCII&nbsp;string with&nbsp;Groovy&nbsp;script?

There are only question marks, rectangles and percent signs in the output, so seemly nothing informative.
