401 unauthorized error

I’m new to Soapui. I want to do load test so I have an rest web service which I is behind API gateway so can’t access in Soapui. Would anybody please step by step let me know what to do?

PS after talking with web admin, he said that I need to pass kerboses token which I don’t know how to get. Please help.
