Invalid namespace prefix generated.

We are getting an invalid namespace prefix when generating a soap request.

Example:

xmlns:x/="http://www.ACORD.org/standards/PC_Surety/ACORD1/xml/"

Any idea what would cause this? We believe that the wsdl is fine as soapsonar is able to correctly generate a request for it.
