Do you get any errors in the logs? Please follow the steps below to collect logs:
1. Navigate to the "<user home dir>\.readyapi\logs" folder.
2. Delete all content in it.
3. Reproduce the issue.
4. Zip the "<user home dir>\.readyapi\logs" folder and attach it to the case along with your project file.
