soapUI 5.7.0 not sending client certificate

My Question is similar to this thread https://community.smartbear.com/t5/ReadyAPI-Questions/soapUI-4-6-4-not-sending-client-certificate/td-p/39562. I am trying to call a SOAP SSL Service and I am getting "No required SSL certificate was sent". I checked the SSL handshake in WireShark to confirm and I am seeing the certificates showing for server to client but nothing going from client to server. I tried both global and request level configuration in SOAPUI but issue is same. Also tried with saving the project and reloading soapui no difference.
