when we run API than we need to click on the green button (triangle) . So I want to know if I can use any keyboard key to press that green triangle.

Yes, there is a short cut key for executing a single request (not a TestCase),

You can find out which by hovering over the green play button.

Om MacOS it is Ctrl+Alt+Enter, on Windows it is Alt+Enter.

This works both in the Project for single API Requests and in the SoapUI tool for Request TestSteps.
