After creating a new assertion and then attempting to move Assertions SoapUI doesn't respond. Help!

After creating a new assertion (displays at bottom of all the other assertions) and then attempting to move the Assertions up SoapUI doesn't respond. Help!   Using the PRO version, 5.1.2.  Anyone h...

    SoapUI is an extremely fragile application which crashes and misbehaves a lot. Sometimes you have to close and reopen a file for changes to show up, sometimes you have to reload the project and sometimes close the entire application. Try all those and see which one works. Also make manual backups of your project files often as SoapUI frequently corrupts them and you may end up losing all your hard work.
