Unable to save the project using 3.20.0

I am using ReadyAPI 3.20.0 version.  When trying to save the project, I got error stated 'Unable to save the project.'  I have uninstalled and re-installed it and got the same error.  Any suggestions...

    Hi,
    The issue is fixed by re-launched the tool as administrator.
