Unable to decrypt SLM data. Error: javax.crypto.BadPaddingException: Given final block not properly

I have installed my new license (Ready API Test) in the Ready API (v3.20.2) on a TeamCity Build agent. Now, when I try to run the regression suites through Teamcity, it gives me the below error. 

Can you please let me know how do we go ahead and resolve this problem.
