Test Suite is dropping all Test cases after close and re-open ReadyAPI

This issues looks to have started happening after I upgraded to ReadyAPI 3.42.2
What is happening:

Create a Project

-I create a Test Suite in current Project

-Create or sometimes clone test cases from other Test Suites

-Save TestSuite and execute the suite successfully. 

-Close ReadyAPI
-Re-launch, check Test Suite and ALL the test cases no longer show. 

Today it looks to have happened on a Project/TestSuite that was created before the latest release.  This would not be such a big deal but Test Cases can only be imported one at a time and not in masse. 

This is happened on multiple Projects and Test Suites now.  Please advise.
