Teardown script in functional test level for multiple test case failure rerun in groovy

I have a project which has multiple test suites and in the functional test we have teardown option I want to write a groovy script which will execute the failed test suite

as i see code from your community which has rerun of failed test case from suite level but I want from functional test level where the code can apply to all the below test suites.Can you please help me with groovy code
